Community Employment Benefits

The Community Employment (CE) programme is designed to help people who are long-term unemployed (or otherwise disadvantaged) to get back to work by offering part-time and temporary placements in jobs based within local communities.

No Experience Necessary

Inclusive of individuals with varying levels of experience, Community Employment at Jobcare offers valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth.

19.5 hours per week

We offer engaging roles at 19.5 hours per week, providing a balanced work schedule that allows for both personal commitments and professional development.

Trasna

People with Criminal Convictions

Jobcare also provides Community Employment places for people with a criminal conviction or who have spent time in prison. Established in 2008, our award-winning “Trasna” work programme aims to help people gain valuable work experience and training towards a positive future for themselves and their families.
