Jobcare’s Chief Executive and Directors are committed to ensuring that Jobcare maintains a mature governance model for the organisation.
We have also been absorbing changes in Company Law and implications of the Charities Act 2009, in particular the reporting requirements of the Charities Regulatory Authority. Jobcare’s Directors are currently leading the organisation towards compliance with the Charities Governance Code on or before the Regulator’s deadline of 2020.
In 2015 the Directors adopted the Charities SORP for the organisation, ahead of any regulatory requirement to do so. SORP is a developing model, and it is the intention of the Board to continue improvements to the presentation of the annual Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements in accordance with general interpretation and best practice of the Charities SORP.

Jobcare Limited held its last AGM on 12 June 2018 in the Exchange, 50 Lower Gardiner Street, covering the period 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017. The AGM was attended by Jobcare’s Company Members who received the Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for 2017.
Jobcare Limited converted to Jobcare Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) on 29 November 2016 in accordance with the Companies Act 2014.
